Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policy

This Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs payments made to Stories with Us OPC Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through https://swu.agency for services, programs, and subscriptions.

By purchasing any service or subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

 

General Payment Terms

All fees paid to the Company are:

  • Quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise

  • Due in advance, unless agreed in writing

  • Non-transferable

  • Payments once made are subject to the terms outlined below.

 

Monthly Subscriptions

 

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle

  • Upon cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused days

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate a monthly subscription with reasonable notice if required

  • Monthly subscriptions are designed for flexibility and can be discontinued without long-term commitment.

 

Annual Subscriptions (Strict No-Refund Policy)

For annual subscription plans, the following terms apply:

  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at the start of the subscription term

  • All annual subscription payments are non-refundable, whether in whole or in part

 

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Early termination by the client

  • Non-usage or partial usage of services

  • Changes in business priorities or financial circumstances

You acknowledge that:

Annual subscription fees are allocated immediately towards operational, staffing, and service delivery costs to serve you better. The Company commits resources based on annual engagements. Accordingly, once an annual subscription is activated, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable Indian law.

 

Termination of Annual Subscriptions

  • Clients may request termination of an annual subscription at any time

  • Termination does not entitle the client to any refund or credit

  • Service access will continue at the Company’s discretion or may be discontinued upon termination

 

One-Time Services and Programs

​

For one-time services, workshops, audits, or fixed-term programs:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • If a cancellation request is received before work begins, refunds (if any) will be at the Company’s sole discretion

 

No refunds will be issued for delays caused by client-side dependencies or lack of inputs

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will be considered only if:

  • A payment is duplicated due to a technical error

  • A refund is mandated by applicable Indian law

 

In such cases, refunds will be processed after verification and may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will be considered a violation of this Policy. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services immediately

  • Recover costs, including administrative and legal fees

  • Dispute chargebacks using documented acceptance of this Policy

 

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
